I got an email from Ricardo over at moipal.com, a mobile social network and free mobile game for your mobile phone.

I've had a look around, and it fun. It took just a couple of minutes to get going, and create my pal (moi pal - geddit?). You choose the style of home yourpal lives in and one of four regions that home is located in. I was torn between the city and the beach, but went with the city in the end.

Once your account is created, you download your pal to you mobile phone and you're good to go. Currently it's compatible with most Nokia handsets, but imagine this will be avilable on other handsets over time.

Well not really, but you may fool one or two of your friends with this neat mobile download that's nothing more than a cleverly animated mobile wallpaper that you download to your cell phone.

The UK version won't fool anyone though, because the cell phone numbers that appear on the 'radar' are in the wrong format. A shame, but judge for yourself.
